Recruiting Serious Players for Ranked 5's Team

Hello everyone! I'm looking to put together a serious ranked 5's team. I don't care if your wood 5. As long as you're serious and will show up and learn and improve with the rest of us that's all I care about. We will be using skype for voice comms. Looking to do at least 3-5 practice games for the first couple practices to get the team used to playing together. Would like to have 3-5 practice sessions a week depending on everyone's schedule.
