Silver 1 68 LP, help me get to Gold?

I've never got to gold before, and im so close, but i cant do it on my own. Soloq is harsh on the last day, and im just not a skilled enough support to make it on my own. I just need someone to duo for 4-5 games, from 68-100 lp, and win 2 games (Ive lost my promos twice). I'd really appreciate the help, and thank you in advance.
