Starting a Competitive team. Gold++ Highly Prefered

I'm looking for Low-High Gold players at this time. We will be playing tournaments mostly on the weekends, and practicing/scrims DAILY. So you MUST be available during those times. If something arises and you cannot it, this will need to be discussed.

Also, because this is my first time making a team on League, I am also looking for a COACH. Preferably of Plat or higher.

The requirements ---

MUST be ATLEAST Low Gold. MUST be able to play Friday and Saturday nights. Practice will be done during the week and Sunday. Would prefer if players are 18. MUST have knowledge in your champion(s) and roles. Have to have a reliable internet connection and working mic. We will be using CurseVoice. Since I'm still recruiting, we will not start tournaments until we have a Coach and the team roster is filled. Have to be online a good amount of time or frequently. This is to ensure that the team is practicing. Most importantly: You MUST have a good attitude. I refuse to play with jerks. Have good manners or be respectable. This team is DEDICATED, and while I'm always for a good time, this is something that players should be able to dedicate some time to so that we can achieve the overall goal - whatever that may be.

Eastern time zone. Weekends available too if scheduled. Experience: I've been playing and following league since season 1. I main jungle and mid and support since I like making calls, roaming, and leading the team. My mechanics have never been the best so I've led myself to plat with game sense generally. Goal: I'm really into tactical games and making philosophies and theories for these games. I've been playing football manager for a long time to which is a tactical simulation game. I'd like to take my ideas and style of play to coach the team. My goal is to improve every players weakness whilst forming a unique style of play for the team.
