Looking for support and top laner for 5's (silver +)

We are looking for a top laner and a support. Our mid laner is plat, the jung and I are currently silver but have been gold in past seasons. We try to enter tournaments on the weekend. Requirements: -be able to make most practice times.( 5-8pm cst weekdays except wednesday) times are slightly flexible. -be committed. We are tired of having players who are never on for practice times or just quit after a week. -don't be a rager. We like to improve but we also like to have fun.
