Creating a team Silver/Gold ELO

What's up you guys,

I have been playing for a couple years. Ive been on several teams with my friends, however I am looking to make a more serious team. I was gold 5 last season and this year I was placed Silver 2. I am looking to create a team in the NA region with Gold/Silver ELO players. We will have a coach.
