Platinum Support Looking for Consistent ADC

Hello, my name is Eric or "Clash Royale" I usually go by the nickname of x9. I'm looking for a consistent ADC that would like to climb the ladder with me I'm looking to achieve diamond this season and take the game seriously. I play janna and soraka mostly and I can play them very well I can also do thresh or Zyra but they are not comfort picks for me. The problem with "maining" this position in ranked is that It's a toss up of who I get placed with in the bot lane and when I get a off role ADC that isn't up to standards or on par with others around them, it goes pretty badly.
