Support Smurf LF reliable Teammate(s)

The title says most of it, I am smurfing(soloque max was P3, Ranked 5's was P1) on a support only account and would like to team up with somebody or some players for duo or ranked flex.(Solo/duo is S5, Flex B4) I would prefer to find players that are also smurfing.
