Diamond + ranked team

With the Ranked season coming to and end i have decided to make a ranked team in preparation for the start of season 5. It will consist of only players form diamond +. I will be looking for players who fit each role. I have just recently gotten back into the game after coming back to find that i decayed from diamond 3 to plat 1. this was not a problem i got back to diamond 5 just before the end of the season to claim my rewards. But thats besides the point. I am a support player. As for the competitive aspect of this team, I am right now trying to find 5 players to all work together to get as high on the 5v5 teams ladder as possible, and if we get to a very high level on the ranked team maybe we can branch out and start competing in go4lol's and so other small tournaments and take it from there. Here are some things that will effect my decision, 1) can communicate over voice com and can speak English 2) his rating, stats and past ranked teams, 3) how much time he spends on league a day and if he can get on at the same time as everyone else, 4) his personality he must not be a rager and must also be able to take and give constructive criticism ect. If you want to join the team add RA101NS ingame.
