Creating team fo ranked flex and tourneys gold to plat (must be active)

Building a team looking for players who want to win, Really want more of an organization. Would like to have coaches, players, starters, as well as subs (if you cant be too active) The Goal for this team is to reach the top of flex que for season 7 and then enter in tournaments and climb solo/duo if wanted. I want to play with players who want to get better every game. To work as a team that means we all have to be on one page communication is key. Will be using discord for voice comms. Play your best champs and follow the team comp we make headed into a game. If you are high silver I will consider playing with you only if you put up carry numbers in the majority of your games. I dont want to mess around I want to have really clean games at least one just to see that we have potential. Will be trying out people until I find the right pick for each role. If you're on the team obviously i feel like your a capable player and with that being said I understands tempers flair in competitive settings I ilke the will to win but dont attack ppl with racist or hateful speech it will not be tolerated. Gonna roll with the best 5 available so dont take offense. I want to form a bond with the players as well as excelent team synergy. Im a supp main, I'm looking for every role to have carry potential and for the consistency at winning lanes and jungle being where he needs to be. Another thing if you go mid and have no presence dont bother trying out so many mid lanes let there mid roam bot with jung and bot lane is stuck in a 4v2 or 4v3 if jung shows up which is a losing scenario. I'm just trying to be straight foreward with what I want after trying so many ppl out. Also I'm gold in flex at the moment so if youre bronze in flex we cant play ranked. I do have a team name but really want someone who can create a logo aswell as a solidified roster before i unveil it.
