TeamSpeak: teamelg.typefrag.com

We are looking for more staff to help our growing community. Currently we have opening for TeamSpeak moderators, recruiters and tournament organizer. We are small and starting out but we are making a community revolved around the members. So if you want to be a part of a community that you can mold then join us. If you were a TeamSpeak moderator your job will be to keep the peace between every member and make sure to maintain the great community that we have. You also will have the freedom to put on TeamSpeak events, such as cards against humanity, or karaoke. As a tournament organizer you will be in charge of setting up tournaments for the ELG community. You not only will be in charge of setting up the games but you will also be in charge of making sure that everything runs smoothly. Previous experience is a huge plus. As a recruiter you will be finding innovative ways to get new people to join the community. To apply for these positions you must have an interview with me (KingsEntourage) on our TeamSpeak. You may also add me on League of Legends IGN: KingsEntourage (NA) to get a hold of me.

My first impression when i entered was that this is just a new community and everyone was trying their best to try to climb out of the scum pit known as the League of Legends TS3 community. upon further inspection all that can be seen in just laziness. when I entered as a guest no one came to greet me after i sat in the "guest welcoming center" for 15 minutes. i was able to move about the entire ts3 with no permissions(not that there was anything to move around to). Some Tips would be make it so that guests can not move freely and have organized server groups so that you know if people are members or not just haphazardly throwing people about. Also you should separate your welcome lobby from the rest of the group so it does not look so clustered and not have your staff at the top as if you are trying to show them off. I can not tell where the welcome lobby begins and the game rooms begin because they are the same thing. no effort to separate them at all.it looks like more like a 3 people who are just trying to show off their ranked teams that are probably gold or below and want to feel recognized by building a ts3 around it. never mind it looks like someone trying to advertise a stupid website that clones 100 others that is also trying to show off a couple ranked teams seeing as they can make the ranked team and streamer server groups before the actual community aspect which is the main selling point here. community not ranked team hub. not a sponsor. community.

TL;DR This community if you want to call it that is a sham. They are just using this as another way to show off their ranked team and their website to the community by fronting a friendly community for players.

I am very sorry that your impression of us is so bad. You did bring up some very good points though that we need to work on. And I do appreciate the time you put in. We are trying to get staff to address the issue of no greeter. And we also have a meeting which i will address how the TS is structured so it will most likely change. The TS community is partnered with Gamers Beard which is the website that you are talking about. It is not a requirement to sign up on gamers beard but we do appreciate it if you chose to do so. We also do have teams apart of the community and that use the TS. 2 of them are very high tier one being diamond one and the other in challenger series. We don't really advertise for them but instead we share the TS. Our community is based off what the members want. And because of this right now it is sort of a hub for teams around 15 members. And then we have around 10 members that are looking to play inhouses and normals with others. We don't have the staff or the members to be online all the time but most of our traffic is on around 8 pm eastern and I am usually on around then as well. If you want to talk further about what we can do to be better then I am always welcoming of criticism.
