Serious ranked team looking for management or organization!

Hey everybody I'm currently managing and playing for a team thats been undergo for a little bit now! We are a Plat team (with 1 gold). I'm currently looking for a manager for our team to get us going. We would like to start doing tournaments, leagues, tournaments for money and serious stuff like that. So im looking for someone who can be dedicated and have knowledge of the community to get us into it.

If organization, im hoping that eventually we can lead into doing bigger things like getting funded for tournaments, or funded for leagues and get serious about esports.
