Serious Low to Mid Tier Team

I'm looking to make a team of Dedicated people who want to compete, create a community, and have fun.

Im looking for lower elo players (silver and bronze) who want to get better, and climb the ranks.We will Accept Gold+ Though. You must be friendly, and a team player. Any toxic members will be kicked no matter how well you or, or how bad the player your being toxic towards did. Constructive criticism is allowed as long as it is constructive and not destructive. A team that cannot get along, cannot play well together.

Recommendations

Must be mature, no set age as age is an indirect factor to maturity. Must know the basics of league (how to last hit, how to effectively gank, how to engage ect (to the respective roles)) Must be friendly and non toxic. Needs a good understanding of the role they are trying out for. Currently looking for

Hello, my IGN is AoXPhoenix, I play mostly top and jg. as for my champions i tend to play tankier champions or fighters such as: Lee Sin, Amumu, Darius, Tahm Kench, Vi, J4, and Fiora. My best chamions are lee, darius, and tahm. I am 21 years old, and a S1 player. I am available most every night after about 10 pm central time. I bring lots of warding and good map presence to the team and try and keep the team in check. I am always open to comments and criticism, and am able to listen to a shot caller. I feel like I would be a good fit for the team because I always try and keep my cool so I don't go on tilt and try and make sure the team doesn't either. Plus I have some great puns too. I have curse voice, raid call, and skype and am willing to download teamspeak if need be. Thanks for your consideration.

Will you listen to the shot caller? - depends on the shot being called, I do disagree sometimes. Sometimes I feel that instead of engaging in a full 5v5 at dragon, it's better to leave team to a 4v5 so I grab inner turret and inhibitor.
