B4 Solo/S5 Flex looking for Dedicated Team

I am a very active player and I have been playing since season 4. I am looking for an active group of players to climb through the Rankings. I play a lot during the night usually between 4 or 5 till whenever I feel like getting off (usually after 4 or 5 matches) I am in eastern time zone. I am looking for a team because I don't feel like climbing by myself it is boring and there is too much rage and salt I would like a nice team who is very adamant about helping each other instead of just salting at each other all the time.
