Looking for serious ADC for ranked team

I am currently looking for a serious ADC to fill in for me and my ranked team. I have decided to become the coach for this team and now need a substitution who will take my spot full time on this team. This player should be motivated to learn and willing to dedicate lots of time for this team.

Requirements: At least silver Elo. Available Mon-Sat nights 10 pm (eastern time zone). A phone number/second medium of communication (other than league client). Ability to access google docs.

Team Information: Currently ranked Bronze 3 (just finished promos). Looking to gain to high Elo. We play ranked 5 days a week. play at least 3 games of solo/duo per day (excluding Sunday). Have a team meeting once a week. Have a composition review session twice a week. Each player is given two articles or videos (I.E. homework) per week. We also review all replays once a week as well.
