can't get out of bronze help?
Bronze 2 and in need of someone to teach me how to play league a bit better im pretty thrash right now but really want to hit silver again

try and play a champion that had huge team fight potential. players in bronze (and silver like myself, tend to have poor decisions on when to teamfight chances are the enemy will pick an unwise decision and over commit to a teamfight, champions like wukong(my main) are great at punishing them for this mistake by quickly, and easily wiping out their whole team in a blink of a spin.
you dont know how much moral people lose when they get aced...its unreal....

But really, it's really about just putting the time in and not absently playing. Being mindful of each thing you do and what you should do. It's a lot of mentaliy imo and building up your game knowledge.
If you're on reddit. r/summonerschool is a good start as well. The new leaguecraft 101 videos on youtube are pretty short and sweet but full of really helpful tactics if you can do it in every game.
Number 1 tip.
Whenever you die, whenever you lose, always ask yourself what you couldve done to have turned the situation around. Griping and getting upset about feeders doesnt help you in anyway. At the end of the dayx you can only try to insure you yourself play well
