Looking to start a G1+ (solo que rankings) team heading into next season (AD JG MID TOP)

Hey my name is Erik or Legacy and I will be looking to create a team heading into next season. A little about me. I was a coach in the challenger scene last year and worked with teams competing in battlegrounds to get into the NACS. Some teams that I have worked with include Zenith esports, LAGG, Mentality Gaming, Avalanche Esports, and Fiesta Esports. I have taken some time off from league for school and real life focus, but I have come to the realization that competition and gaming is where my passion is. Since I am only gold 1, and I feel I have a lot to learn as a player and a lot I can offer I want to comprise a team of like minded individuals looking to take improvement seriously and have open conversation and dedicated practice and solo que to improvement. I will be bringing on a coach I used to work with that is as equally passionate about the game as I am and wants to dedicate his time to helping us improve!

Tryouts: I am looking for people that we all play together well and mesh well. I'm not REALLY looking at skill but if you are far above or below the rest of us you probably wont make it on to the team. Because we don't want to be carried and we don't want to carry. here are things NOT TO DO in tryouts. that will get you kicked from the tryout process.

1. Not listening to anyones shot call. We don't care (In the game) whether or not you agree or your 5 cents on it. We will talk about it after the game. I want a group of players that will run through a brick wall for each other even if they know its a stupid thing. We have a coach and we will learn about shotcalling mistakes outside the game. Just listen. Some examples of not listening are saying no, saying yeah sure but let me shove top real quick first (ask if that's ok), or making a call immiediatly over riding someone elses call. ("Baron Baron" "nono shove mid")
2. Toxic behavior
3. Egos
4. not putting in the time. I want to see that you take this seriously. if I invite you to tryouts and say yeah but I was going to solo que one game with my boy real quick. you probably wont make the team.
