S3 - ADC/JUNG (Long time player, rusty as hell)

I am recently coming back to the game more seriously, looking to rise back up through the ranks to something close to what I used to have previous to taking a hiatus from the game. I main jungle but have solid experience with ADC and Top in a tertiary position. Currently ranking is Silver 3 though I feel that I could be higher if I were able to get a solid duo partner or group to play with.

Capable of voice chatting - Any desktop app Solid Connection, no random lag outs Solid Computer - I don't take forever to load ;)
