Platinum 5 Mid/Jungle Main looking for a serious ranked 5's team

Finished season 4 in Plat 5, I'm looking to get serious with a ranked team in either of these roles. I've not been able to find any serious ranked team yet, I'm looking for something permanent. My jungle pool consists of (in order): Lee-Sin, Maokai, Rengar, Kha'zix, and Amumu, with a few other junglers. My mid lane pool consists mostly of (no order): Orianna, Zed, Ahri, Leblanc, Nidalee, Twisted Fate, and Xerath. I have Skype, Teamspeak, Raidcall, and Curse Voice.
