I need ADC Tutoring

I use to main adc in season 4 with over a 70% win ratio with Ever since the new season I easily carried myself out of bronze the first week. I feel like I'm stuck in silver for a reason and I can not figure out why. I would love someone with more experience to give me some tips. I do have a stream if you wanted to train me live or duo que with me in lane. All criticism is welcomed.

Note: I'm 25 and work 70 hours a week with a career in sales. This is a hobby that I take seriously lol but maybe the fact that I don't put enough time into the game is why I cant climb the ladder. Well see.
