Serious Gold Dynamic Q/Tournament Team Looking For Top and Mid

Hello, I'm looking to finish off a team of players to play together in a serious dynamic queue and in tournaments. I've been on countless teams of plat/diamond players and they've never had the dedication or skill I'm looking for.

Requirements: -Gold this season -Have mic and willing to download voice comms (skype/curse/teamspeak) -Able to make it to practice (between 4-7 PST most days)

Season 6 Rank: G5 Season 5 Rank: G2 Role: Mid Main Champions: Ahri - Lb - Ori - Lux - Annie - Syndra - TF Strengths: Strong understanding of the game, minion wave manipulation and minion control through the use of objectives. Strong team comp knowledge and map awareness. Can easily adapt to situations and can work under pressure very well. Competitive nature and I don't often tilt if we are loosing. Strong verbal communication throughout the game. Open minded to picking up new strats and champions.

Weaknesses: A few minor greedy flash plays to grab the kill, obsession of wanting to tower dive the opponent because you know, i can...other then that, keeping up with CS is something I need to work on. I'd get around 80-90 by 10 minutes, however not prioritize csing at least 5-10 minions per minute.

Past Experiences (if any): Played in many other teams as a midlane, have shot-called for many of those teams, however do not prefer it on the mid lane. Shot calling Ability (if jg/sup): Yes, I do have shot calling experience, however Mid is not a role I personally would shot-call in.
