LF MID And Support for Serious Team

The name is Renegadescissors, I am currently in-charge of finding a new mid and support for a team i am apart of. We are a team with high aspirations and goals coming into this season.
We are looking for fill out the mid lane position. We as a team believe that improving is above all else. It does not matter if you win or lose, as long as we can learn from it. That being said we are looking to improve as much as possible in the coming weeks and to start playing in tournaments. We also have a B team which one day of the week our practice will be dedicated to playing some scrimmage matches against them and them only. We will at some point have a coach for this team and/or B team as well.
Our current schedule for team practice is Monday through Thursday, 10pm to 2 am PST. (IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT DO NOT APPLY) Something we do not tolerate is being late for practice. We are very set in stone with our practice schedule and had to give people the boot off the team for not being on time.
Things we expect you to know/are willing to learn as our new mid laner. Strong match up knowledge. Know how deny vision. How to take objectives and just go for kills. Being very direct in your play

Why do you want to try out for us: Well lately i've been looking for a ranked team that needed a support been hitting a lot of ranked teams up didnt hit me back up and i seen this one and seems very interesting and you guys take the game serious is what i like.
What do you plan to do if you make the team? Just Team Chemistry And grind to the top
Do you sub for any roles: I really like to play bot lane also. Mostly ADC but I can support well also
Whats your biggest strength:Being able to adapt to situations and always trying to figure out a way to win
What is a weakness you have: Getting caught (mainly do to not getting the right peel)
Why do you want to try out for us: I'm always looking to gain more knowledge and skill by playing with a team who is also very serious about developing their skills. To be apart of a team that is serious and will work as a team is basically what I'm looking for.
What do you plan to do if you make the team? To continue in bettering my mechanics and knowledge of the game but also be able to work well with a team that is serious as I am.
