ADC Main LF decent players that want to climb together

I had some pretty terrible ranked games in the last few days but I'm not actually THAT bad as an ADC (I added a recent video on the link of me playing . I just need someone above decent on my team that wants to climb together. Im tired of getting Trolls, AFK, Noobs on my team. Smurfs would be preferable but as long as you're a decent player it's worth a try. Thanks! If you are a smurf PLEASE provide your actual main to see you are not a troll.
