I'm looking for a team (New ranked player)

Hi everybody. There is some weeks ago, i finally got level 30. I wanted to join a team because creating mine is useless. So, I am Bronze 3 in solo queue but i know i could be so much higher. I chose bad picks when i did my 10 games to get ranked. I am looking for a team that doesn't ask mics or teamspeak (anything else) I just want a team I can play with. I am currently playing ADC but i play support a little (really little) bit and by moments i also play mid. So I hope someone will see this post and maybe recruit me :)
