looking for normals parthners who dont suck

i normally play with plat through challenger players in normals and my mmr goes between plat and diamond. i am bronze because when i first got to level 30 i decided to do ranked like an idiot and got bronze and i haven't really touched it since until a few days ago i did my placements going 7/3 but getting bronze since my only other rank was bronze i couldn't get anything higher from placements
