Looking for ADC Champion to take me as Apprentice

I am an ADC and want to get help from a highly ranked ADC Master, Diamond, Champion. I have been playing for around 3 years if not more. I am a S4 but believe I have more skill than that and my teams don't work for me. I need help to see if I'm the problem or my team and to be able to get my team out of bad games. Please train me.
