STARTING UP 5s TEAM

Hey guys, many of you know the struggle of solo Que. I want to make a 5s team to help each other grow as players as well as form a stable team where you know that your teammates will perform to the best of their ability. I'm looking for players Silver 5 and higher because i know there are good players in all divisions, its just a matter of getting out of it because of your teammates (a predicament in which i am in). Post your Summoners name in the comments, if you have a Skype, and what role you are best in as well as your preferred champs. I am not taking everyone and those who i do take will play some normals with me first so that i may determine their skill. Thanks a lot guys, excited to meet my new teammates!

Hi, My Summoner name is Wulphs, I have been looking for a stable Ranked 5v5 team for awhile now. I have much exp in playing ranked 5v5's and my main roles are Mid/ADC, I play Meta champs and watch the LCS all the time. I am in Silver 3 but was in gold last season. My main role is Support. Then it goes jg, mid, and top. Sup role Champs - Bard Lulu Leona Braum Morgana Sona Zyra Thresh Taric Soraka Janna

I am a fairly good player. I am looking for team work and communication. Along with people who will buy wards and upgrade their sight stones. I feel buying a sight stone is a must, while playing sup. I can be passive or aggressive. Depending on the way my adc plays. I would like someone who does not get tunnel vision and see that chasing is not the answer and kills are not as important as objectives. Thanks for your time and consider ration.
