NA Ranked 5 v 5 team (anyone welcomed)

Hey guys, my name is Jake and I'm making a ranked 5's team. I'm currently gold 5 and I'm looking for a team of ragtag players to get together and dominate the rift and have fun doing it.

I really don't judge people based on ranked silver to plat doesn't matter, as long as you can communicate with the team and do what you need to do in the game and get it done right you're fine by me. I'm not one to just drop someone off the team because they can't get it done. Shit happens and I get that, as long as you learn from it and improve. I sure as hell know there's things I need to work on so I never judge and I'll be there to help you if you need it.
