Plat V LF a 5's or 3's team

Hey guys, I am Revaltions i have been playing league for almost 4 years now. I would like to join a pretty serious team that wants to strive for plat or higher in 5's and in 3's. I play Adc/Jg/Supp and i have almost all forms of communication. Add me if interested
