Creating Late night team

Hello All, So I am tired of playing in solo q and have been looking for a team to join for awhile. But due to my late night schedule I have been unable to really fit any of the specified times for practice on most team, so I want to create one. I am looking for at least four individuals who love to win, are strong in their respective lanes, and are dedicated with large champ pools. I plan to practice with this team, rank up, and hopefully play tournaments if the team does well. I am looking for individuals at least ranked Silver 3 or higher. My plan for this team is to have practices start at 10pm central on most days. I understand not everyone can stay up this late, but that is why I need a late night group. The practice will go on for as long as people can keep playing but at least 2 hours. It does not have to be everyday, but at least 4 times a week. Some rules that apply are no flaming, rage quitting, or just being plain old mean to your teammates. I will be support for this team and will be looking for all other positions, as well as a good shot caller. Any comments: I play mostly with Plat/Diamond players, so I haven't really played a whole heck of a lot of solo or duo que ranked, hence bronze/silver. Looking to be involved in a 5's team, as I have very little interest in solo play.

Just dont enjoy adcing but i can do it. I do enjoy mid lane quite alot as well and know what to do in and out of lane.

My play time is late at night and I think the time schedule could fit very well.

I have extensive experience in team play via online game raiding. I've led successful raid teams and am very comfortable in an environment that gives/takes criticism without involving personal feelings in it. An example of my accomplishments would be clearing the Final Coil of Bahamut in Final Fantasy XIV well before the content was "nerfed" to allow more casual players to clear. I make raid (or team gathering) days frequently on-time and communicate schedules directly and efficiently.

Currently I'm looking to improve my skill in League of Legends, as I've been playing it on and off, in both a casual and competitive sense for some time now.
