PLATINUM AND ABOVE WANTED

I was placed into bronze 3 and after playing a ton of ranks I fell to bronze 3 I need a tutor on where im going wrong I generally win lane I cs good and I often roam but when it comes to team fights I expect them to know what their doing and help but they don't and I end up feeding plz plz plz help me.
