Plat 3 (and climbing) mid main looking for serious ranked 5 team.

I am currently plat 3 and looking for a serious ranked 5 team that will practice and play quite often, trying to get better and not just quit after losing some. By serious, I mean actually planning out compositions and effectively communicating before and during the game and going over what we did right and wrong after the game.
