Gold 3 mid main Looking for team/creating a team , preferably silver+higher

Hello,

I'm looking to create a ranked 5 team that would play a lot ranked 5s to climb up the ladder.

This would be a casual team where we wouldn't kick players out simply for missing practices, but I'm looking for players who would be willing to play a lot of ranked 5s to climb up and work together to succeed. Basically, even if we get placed into a bronze division, I would want us to play and improve to climb up divisions to gold, etc. We would be mainly playing on the weekends, and time is flexible. I'm in the eastern time zone and simply want to create a team to play together for season 5, unlike half of the ranked 5 teams that become inactive due to inactivity.

I'm a mid/top main, and I don't really mind who joins as long as the person isn't toxic, and is willing to play and improve whether we win or lose. My IGN is MaestRho so feel free to add me and I hope we can play some ranked 5's together! Thanks!!
