Looking to get back in comp state of mind

Here is what i am looking for: a team that wants to play consistently. I am a jungle main been out for a while and would like to get back into it. I am willing to partake in practices and weekend tournaments if we climb to that point. It is getting hard to play solo due and really get anywhere I'm sure you feel my pain.
