Looking for Washington State players/friends

I've come to the conclusion that I just dont know how to meet people that play League. I live in North West Washington state, and I would like to meet friends I can play with :)

I'm turning 18 in a couple days (Jun 24) and I'm heading off to a four year uni in the beginning of the new year. As of now I'm going to a community college to finish my associates up.
