Looking for a gold team I AM SUPPORT MAIN 5 years

I have played for nearly 7 years now off and on with league being my only game being played for half of those but ive always played it since release and pre release of ranked. looking for a team who has a good thing going already preferably but if theirs a new forming team im into checking that out too. The most important thing im looking for is a team willing to play often to improve synergy as that is the most important thing also i speak over whatever application/program is needed after a quick download(have a mic). Im looking for a team who's committed to doing tournaments eventually. im 21 years old, live in Canada, currently not partaking in any school or any job(so i have a lot of time on my hands), i average 50- 70 ping ive got a good computer with average 150+ fps. I have been banned before but i hope whatever team is interested in me could look past that as it has little to do with how i act with people i know through game, i was banned for profanity in solo duo chat and on that account i was averaging plat with my highest plat 2. ive never had a permanent duo partner to gain synergy with constantly as much as i enjoy to play as i am on very often, it might not show on my match history as of right now but thats because i was waiting for a new season now for a while and took a two month break. I have been on one team before but we could never keep all five people going at all times to continue practicing enough to play seriously, though it was the most serious team ive been on and we played for nearly 4-7 months off an on. Again the most important thing to me is people who honestly are interested in becoming better players every day through constructive acknowledgements on how to play better with everyone getting a voice at some point throughout every game. Add me in game if theirs a spot for a team tryout. Only gold players who have played since the beginning, obviously i'm open to plat players who see me for my potential. Anymore information that i might have left out i keep to myself and have been for some time as trust is important before i explain each and every reasoning for things i choose to do in game of course im open to explaining them as long as its a team who is interested in hearing my opinion and know sometimes the best thing is for people to keep quiet during some situations .
