Plat V Support Main LF Serious Team

I am Larames! I have played since late season 1 and start of season 2. I have not been the most serious player since I started but I have grown over the years. I started playing rank s3 and got bronze 5 and I improve almost every year. I am looking for a serious team to play every day with a strict schedule. I have played in many teams but they have lack of communication players don't say what's on their minds nothing. I want a team that feels and acts like players who want to be in the Challenger Series and want to rise from there. I am a support main I have played support since I started the game, recently I got off track and started playing mid and top but I have my roots and will practice 10-15 hours a day playing.
