LF mature Helpful Player / Group team or a guru of the game who seeks passing it on

I started this game a month ago and very much enjoy the MOBA scene. I played competitive WOW raids and some arena for a very long time (not counting D1-3 and HALO) and my life can't support 4-5 days a week 6+ hour raids and this seems to fit the bill for concentrated competitive fun. I would like to find a mature someone/s (team) to help me out and I am a very quick learner. I play the following Toons more often:

Naut - Jungle Miis F - ADC Heimer - MID

I'm way over the teenage years and can take criticism , but don't deal with as s hats. I'm open for just a sparring team or w/e but again very much would like to take a dip in the competitive scene. I have TS and Vent and hopefully this doesn't get the troll flame canon.

note I'm a Oceanic Pacific-side time zone (Hawaii)

thanks for any real ppl who play for fun competition without the Francis-like drama...
