Serious ranked team forming

Hello i am looking for a mid,top,jungle for serious rank team. What we are looking for are people who can make the practice times,main the role they are trying out for and are silver - gold and are wanting to improve,. Also you need a mic and Skype or teamspeak.If you meet these add me in game and i will interview and see if we will give you a tryout.
