Paid Sponsorship for a League of Legends Team Offered (2 Month Contract w/ Renewals Possible)

**For those that remember Trueshot Management from Summer 2014 ** To favor the community more, we have retired from managing teams (very stressful and risky) and instead have rebooted to be dedicated to helping produce applications and provide paid sponsorship(s) to teams to support their potential.

**Note: To build trust between both parties (myself + organization with the team), the starting stipends are quite low but may be subject to increase based on renewals. Contracts are renewed after 2 months. **

All payments are sent with PayPal.

Requirements: No rank restrictions (Bronze to Challenger players are allowed)

We are looking for a team with staff/representatives who are professional, able to follow procedures, and set structure.

Team must be active in Ranked 5s with a stable roster and staffing.

Both independent and community Ranked 5s teams are accepted. A team representing a community is a plus.

Must be aware of contract termination/denial of renewal policies.

The team must have at least one owner/representative who is 18+ and has a verified PayPal account to receive funds.

Willing to advertise or represent Trueshot Management in appropriate fashion on social media, streams, websites. (Representation is optional only if team desires max stipend)

To be granted and offered a paid sponsorship contract, **the team must score First Place **in the upcoming Sponsorship Tournament (2 day tournament series)

**FIRST CONTRACT DETAILS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE) ** **START-UP/FIRST MONTH: ** Paid $5 USD on signing Stipends paid at the end of each month to owner/representative Paid $6 USD for using the Trueshot name Paid up to $9 USD for each Streamed Tournament (max 3 Tournaments) to owner/representative Must score Top 3 (First, Second, Third Places) to receive stipend Third Place +$1 USD, Second Place +$2 USD , First Place +$3 USD

**SECOND MONTH (and First Month if renewed) ** Stipends paid at the end of each month to owner/representative Paid $5 USD for acceptable advertising/representation of organization Paid $6 USD for using the Trueshot name Paid up to $9 USD for each Streamed Tournament (max 3 Tournaments) to representative Must score Top 3 (First, Second, Third Places) to receive stipend Third Place +$1 USD, Second Place +$2 USD , First Place +$3 USD

CONTRACT DURATIONS AND RENEWAL 2 Months Renewal - Team must achieve first place in the Sponsorship Tournament if they wish to continue Higher stipends may be issued to the renewed team under new contract terms.

CONTRACT TERMINATION/DENIAL OF RENEWAL: Possible cases for immediate termination/denial of renewal but not limited to:. Team owner/representative declares termination of contract Tournament/Event disqualifications Inactivity in Ranked Team climb Lack of advertising/representation Poor tournament performance or lack of participation Team disbandment Loss of communication with owner/representative Damaging/sabotaging any Trueshot Management project / Vtrainyu name both online and in real-life Conflict between Vtrainyu and team owner/representative/staff/players

FORGIVENESS PENALTY If team strongly desires to continue working and agrees to accept the forgiveness penalty (if offered) - one month of stipend will be forfeit.

STIPEND USE Vtrainyu or Trueshot Management will not reimburse any PayPal deductions/fees. Team owner/representative is solely responsible for how funds are used and may use them for any cause(s) as long as they do not assist with damaging/sabotaging any Trueshot Management project or Vtrainyu. We take no responsibility for how the funds are used.

**ADVERTISING AND REPRESENTATION **To receive advertising/representation stipends and to keep the contract, the team is required to advertise and represent Trueshot Management via: Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) Stream Overlays (for streamers) Team/community websites Banners and information will be provided upon signing.

STAFFING AND PLAYERS Team owners/representatives are solely responsible for the recruiting process and actions of their staff members and players/subs. Vtrainyu and Trueshot Management may be willing to assist by providing recommendations to a team (case-by-case).
