Forming a 5s Team - LF Top/Mid/ADC/Support [All Ranks/Serious]

Hey there, Pidgeon here. This is going to be a rather lengthy post, however, you can look over most things that aren't applicable to your role unless you're interested in seeing what I'm looking for in those to see if it's what you're looking for. I'd also like for you to keep in mind that this is only IDEAL and working together to achieve a winning roster who wants to improve is key and is my main focal point.

I'm going to roughly outline what I'd like to see in each role currently required, however, keep in mind that if you do not meet that criteria now but are willing to try to meet it, through working together, that is fine by me. Teams don't get good overnight.

Top: A pillar. I want you to think of your role as a top laner as important and dire to success as any other. I expect consistent farm and knowledgeable teleports. Along with that, I expect vocal play, however, that goes for all roles. You need to know when to shove, when to freeze and how to properly do each of those. Furthermore, your ability to roam and eventually lane swap will be a focal point in our practice if you make it onto the roster.

Mid: A star. As a jungler, you are my easiest gank path 90% of the time. Responsiveness is key here. I need you to be able to respond to calls and prepare for preemptive strategies in a quick manner. Resource management, build paths, shot calling ability and high-pressure situations are all things we will be working on if you make it onto the roster.

ADC: Our backbone. You're our DPS, the consistent source of playmaking. Positioning, farming and smart lane tactics are all very key. If you make it onto the roster, you can expect to work on support synergy, specific lane match ups, lane swapping and positioning if work in that area is required.

Support: Selfless, responsive and still ridiculously important. Good roaming habits, ward locations and shot-calling are all things that I look for in supports. This role is really malleable and your playstyle will often change from one game to the next. If you make the team, you can expect to work on warding, correct build paths, map awareness and ADC synergy.

With all of that being said, I'm not looking for childish behavior. Own up to your mistakes, try your best not to repeat them. If you have trouble accepting responsibility as a team and moving past them, this is not the place for you. I'm not looking to replace someone every other day. This team is about stability as a working unit. I am in this for the long haul so long as we're enjoying the game together.
