Looking for high skilled silver players to climb out of ranks. So many times I get into my S3 promos and drop back down to S5. I'm not the type to blame my teammates, but man enough is enough. Either I'm getting people who don't know how to play their champions, or people currently in their placements. I always use op.gg to look up my teammates and enemy, so based on stats as well as in game play style I can determine their skill level. I am a versatile player and can perform any lane in excellence.
