looking for a team

i am a gold 4 player i play every lane (mostly mid-top) i always play the night 19:00 to 22:00 my flex rank is low( silver 4) only 30 game played in flex because i am trying to climb on it alone . why i want a team: playing together is always more fun and i like communication between player(discord) making strat and plays is one of my favorite thing in league.
