looking for coach for ranked team

hey guys im the jungler of smash N axe gaming and we currently are looking for a coach who can help us improve our gameplay and help teach us better ways to play the game and play as a team we would prefer someone with experience with playing on a team and who know what they are talking about and can help us grow as a team and individual players we are mainly looking for someone perferably d3 and up it would help alot if interested please add either triiig123 or God Tier Jams have a great day!

thats fine, i was just wondering you need to put these things in your post, wage, if your ever planning on paying and if so are you going to back pay?

what hours do you want them to ''work'' on what days, what is the teams schedule, what days/times do you want your team ''meeting'' etc.

you may be best going to skill--capped and paying them for coaching as they are Diamond1 + players there to provide a service.

alternately why not first ask if any anyalsyt will be happy to view your teams VOD's ? so they can effectively ''coach'' from pointing out mistakes/rotations etc, vision, what you died and where etc.

So you're bronze 4, and expect someone diamond 3+ to spend hours of their time coaching you and your bronze friends for nothing in return? lel good luck.

lol man ill accept the critisism but sadly this is just my smurf account and we have 2 diamond players on our team as it is so dont judge a book by its cover have a good day

your smurf that you go negative 90% of your games and have a 38% win rate in bronze 4? Trust me, I read the book and it tells me you're bronze. I'm diamond and a coach, watched your replays, def. bronze. Don't want to waste my time unless being paid.

man whatever you would like to say and look at the past 20 games bud and nice try but you happen to be gold i watched your replays also and looked up your skill level so im just saying think what you want ill except the critisism all day and like i said already have 2 diamond players on the team and my main happens to be plat 5 just saying but have a good one man

and try a 40% winrate witch btw is 10% less than what you have as gold 1

OH MY BAD, YOU HAVE A 40% WIN RATE IN BRONZE 4, LOL..

And why did you link my op.gg? to show everyone I havent played on this account in 6 months and it decayed down from diamond 4 -> gold 1? Notice my 69% win rate with a diamond MMR?

lol i mean go ahead and add me and i will gladly beat you but thats not the point we still have a coach we didnt pay for it and he is helping us in places we need help so therefor your argument is invalid sir
