5's Team Looking for a "Fill" Player

Basic Info: Looking for a player to complete a ranked 5's team. Silver 5+ preferred, 18+, and able to play during most weekdays during the time frame of approx 11am - 6pm Pacific. We don't have a set weekly schedule and no "required" times, but we like to play 3-4 days per week. Our goal is to be able to play relatively consistently, with a combination of the 6 persons on the team.

What We Need: Looking for someone who can main a few different positions with a reasonable champion pool for each, preferably a combination of top/jungle/mid. Would like to have someone who can easily adapt to changing positions if needed, has good map awareness, and if playing jungle has the ability to make some early game calls. This is not a typical sub position, but rather someone to help complete a 5-man roster if another person is not available to play.
