Gold IV support main LF ranked 5s team

Looking for people to play ranked 5s with, want to get my last few wins for the ward skin. I'm primarily on evenings and weekends, US Eastern time.

I can jungle, play mostly tanks (Nautilus, Sejuanni) there. Other lanes are pretty much so-so or worse.
