Plat Mid player looking for Plat+ Ranked 5s team

Hey folks,

Looking for a mature (non-ragey) team of like minded individuals to play Ranked 5s and enter small tournaments with. I have no LCS aspirations, but I do want to play competitive games with a good group of folk. I am only interested in joining Plat+ teams, and preferably teams where everyone is 21 or older.
