LFM for ranked 3's

Id like to start a fun little ranked 3's team id like you guys to be able to play often and to setup times to practice with you guys. We wont start out going for challenger or anything but id at least like to buckle down and get serious once we learn a little more about the 3's atmosphere and how to play it well we can begin to climb hard add me in game if your interested in some 3's
