Plat 5 ADC looking for SERIOUS RANKED 5'S TEAM

I have been season 2 before Ezreal came out. I watch many LCS games and take notes from professional adcs. I farm EXTREMELY well. I kite very well also. The first teamfight is oftenly when I get fed and carry the team. I know my positioning in teamfights. I can play every adc except Kalista. When I say i can play them, I KNOW the adc inside out. I main adc and my IGN is Yung Dawg. Im looking for a serious team! Weaknesses: I farm too much to the point where i SOMETIMES forget to come help. Also I don't ward enough as an adc. Main Champs: Lucian and Jinx I can play every day. I am free everyday also.
