Putting together Competitive Team for S8 [Gold/Plat]

So, team practices will not be mandatory except for 1-2 a week. The schedule will be fluid, according to a week to week availability submitted by each member.

What is required is that in place of team practice I would need ~2 games of you practicing something that the team designates is needed. That can be in any ranked que. The stats from the game will be reviewed in place of practice.

What am I looking for?

People who are open to criticism. If you feed, maybe there is a reason and we can change it.

Diverse Champ pool, I'm not gunna make you a meta slave, but being a one trick isn't going to work either.

Currently every role is open, the tryout process isn't 1 fucking game or some other bs. It will be a combination of communication, your op.gg, and also your performance in game.

I want a team that doesn't need to stomp lane to win, but can move into mid/late game and teamfight/rotate better than others.
