Recruiting for Dynamic Group (Ranked changes next season)

Solo Queue is a rough life man. I've been up to Gold 1 with 2-2 in promo and i've been down to Silver 4 and I thank god every day that Riot is changing the system next year. If you don't know, they announced starting in the preseason we will be testing out Dynamic Grouping for solo q meaning you can queue with as many people as you want, no longer limited to 2. This is NOT the same as Ranked 5's and you can play with anyone you want within a division just like it is now.

I main jungle and will continue to do so next season. I have excellent teamwork, communication, and early game shot calling. So here's the deal, I'm looking for team mates that will be online a lot and willing to work together. This is not limited to one person per role, but know that there will be a designated starter that gets priority for each role should they be online. I don't care if you're silver or plat this season, if we mesh well and you show promise, I'll give you a shot.

If you rage, or find you're the first one to surrender, you need not apply. If you are open to criticism (as am I) and willing to learn from your mistakes, then you're welcome to join me. I hope this didn't come off as too elitist, I have my own issues I need to work on to improve, but i'm working at it and I expect you to also.
